A brain cancer diagnosis of my middle school friend growing up piqued my interest in the evolving field of medicine. His positivity and strength through the many rounds of therapies and his explanations of his numerous surgeries and procedures ignited my passion to seek a career in oncology. 

 

Now I am a certified radiation therapist at Cancer Partners of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Radiation Science Technology Education, a post-baccalaureate certificate in Radiation Therapy, and am currently pursing a master's degree in Health Professions Teaching and Technology.

I love to learn new things and always seem to be on the go. I am responsible, very detail-oriented, and strive for harmony in the work place.  Getting to know my patients lives outside of their cancer diagnosis is my favorite part of my job, and I look forward to one day having my own students to share my passions and clinical experience with!
